While we will try our best to get all orders shipped to you as soon as possible, timings can vary according to our suppliers. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment has been received. This may take up to 48hours. We will aim to deliver locally sourced products within 5 working days and any custom-made items will vary according to the supplier.
We use reputable courier services and this also allows you the option to track your parcel once shipped.
All items will be shipped as economy, 0-15kg, 2-3 days unless otherwise requested by the customer and any additional charges will be charged to the client.
You will receive a mail to inform you once your shipment has left and when you should start to track it.

Please validate the number of parcels delivered.
Open carefully. Try not to use a blade as this could cut into the product/s and potentially damage it/them.
Luli Baby is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will happily assist you. The terms of our returns policy are set out below which is accepted upon checking out your cart.
Luli Baby only accepts returns or exchange requests for items purchased on www.lulibaby.net via our official Customer Care email as outlined below.
How to log a return or exchange request
Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org via email within 7 days of receipt of goods with your order/invoice number and a description of the items you would like to return or exchange.
Return to Luli Baby via courier or, upon request, Luli Baby will collect. The cost of the collection will be deducted from the purchaser’s refund.
The items must be unwashed and in the original and sell-able condition with all tags attached. Please make sure that you repackage the parcel into its original package and return this to us.
Masks are not returnable.
Any pre-made gift sets, bags or items must be returned as the whole original set and individual units cannot be returned.
Items that will be excluded from the above is any product that is of a hygienic nature, skincare or any item that was made to the customer’s specifications. Items that will also be excluded are items that are not in the original, sealed, undamaged packaging as well as assembled items.

Goods in transit remain the responsibility of the purchaser.
We regret we are unable to accept swap or return requests after 7 days.
Items received as gifts without a valid order number from the original purchaser within 7 days of receipt can not be swopped or returned for credit.
Kindly contact Customer Care via mail only. Our social media team does not process return or exchange requests.
Refunds over R300
You will be refunded within 7 days after goods have been inspected, less the courier fee if we collected.
Refunds under R300
A voucher will be issued, less the courier fee if we collected.
Clearance items are considered final sales and not returnable.
Luli Baby reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if guidelines have not been met.
Notify us if the clothing item has a flaw. Firstly, we apologize profusely and want to remedy this right away. Luli Baby will collect and send the purchaser a replacement item at no additional cost to the purchaser.
Items that do not fit are not considered quality issues. See our Size Charts before selecting a size.
When Luli Baby receives the return, the items(s) will be inspected before a refund or replacement is processed. If the return is not a quality issue, the purchaser bears the collection cost.
The purchaser must check that your parcel has not been tampered with. If it has, take a photo and contact Luli Baby straight away or email us. Claims for shortages have to be reported within 24 hours of courier receipt. After this, Luli Baby will be unable to assist or replace missing items or claim from insurance.
Luli Baby is based in South Africa and 15% VAT is included in the price of the item.
Distribution of Information
If required, we may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud that has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.
